Privacy, in plain language.
This is a launch-stage privacy notice for ElevateU. We collect only the information needed to operate the current product preview and email programs.
What we collect now
When you request the free AI Work Kit / newsletter, you authorize that signup on this site and then submit your email in a Kit-hosted form that runs in your browser. Kit processes the form with double opt-in: you must confirm via email before the subscription is active. ElevateU servers do not receive, store, or forward that email address for free kit / newsletter signup. Membership waitlist signup remains paused and does not save an address. The site also records a limited set of usage events such as opening a resource or copying a prompt, with a page category and predefined action. Those events do not include email addresses, typed searches, prompt contents, full URLs or referrers. Hosting providers may maintain operational request logs.
Email provider
Kit is the requested email provider for the free AI Work Kit and weekly practical newsletter. Kit receives your email when you submit its form, stores subscribers, and handles confirmation, broadcasts and unsubscribe links. Free kit / newsletter consent and Membership waitlist consent are treated separately so joining one does not silently enroll you in the other.
Membership and payments
Paid membership checkout is not active yet. ElevateU does not currently collect payment-card details on this site. Clerk handles the existing account sign-in, verification and sessions. Subscription billing remains disabled.
Saved resources
Saved resource titles and links stay in this browser, separated by account. A last-use timestamp supports a coarse return-visit event. Clearing browser data removes these local records. Cross-device syncing is not active.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from free kit / newsletter emails using the unsubscribe controls Kit includes in those messages. Membership waitlist interest is not a purchase and does not authorize a charge.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Kit processes free kit / newsletter form submissions in your browser. Other providers will be listed here before they are enabled.
